资源简介:
The aim of our study was to analyze cell response to nanosecond pulsed electric field (nsPEF) at the gene expression level. TM3 Leydig cells were used as a model. Transcriptomics analysis was carried out immediately after exposure (0 h) and 4 or 24 h after treatment. TM3 Leydig cell line was exposed to nanosecond pulsed electric field (nsPEF). The generated pulses had quasi-rectangular shape, 60 ns pulse width, and 5.5 kV amplitude, which corresponded to an electric field of 14 kV/cm. In total, 80 pulses were applied at the repetition rate of 26.4 pulses per minute. Gene expression in nsPEF-exposed or sham-exposed TM3 cells was measured immediately after (0 h), 4 and 24 h after exposure. Four biological replicates were analyzed for each time point and each condition.
