BIOMARGIN study step 2 & 3: RT-PCR on urine samples

This dataset comprises RT-PCR analyses of 1 gene on urine samples from 585 kidney allograft recipients enroled in the BIOMARGIN study (step 2 & 3), with associated metadata showing the Induction Therapy, the Banff Lesion Score for Glomerulitis (g), Peritubular Capillaritis (ptc), Interstitial Inflammation (i), Interstitial Fibrosis (ci) and C4d evaluated on each patient's corresponding kidney allograft biopsy.Data were normalized with housekeeping gene GAPDH using the delta Ct method.
