This study maps the genome-wide binding sites of the proteins Xap5 and Nono in murine NIH/3T3 cells using CUT&Tag (Cleavage Under Targets and Tagmentation) sequencing. By employing antibodies specific to Xap5 and Nono, we profiled their protein-DNA interactions. The results identify numerous common genomic targets, highlighting a significant overlap in the DNA-binding profiles of these two proteins. Overall design: NIH/3T3 cells were subjected to starvation for 24 hours prior to the experiment. CUT&Tag was performed to map the genome-wide binding sites of Xap5 and Nono. The procedure strictly followed the manufacturer's protocol for the Hyperactive Universal CUT&Tag Assay Kit for Illumina Pro (Vazyme).
