In this project, we conducted the 3D genome structure analysis including Hi-C sequencing and ATAC-seq analysis, in the seeds of two Brassica napus lines Ken-C8 and N53-2. Besides, years of analysis showed that the N53-2 and Ken-C8 were with the SOC over 50% and around 40%, respectively. The RNA-seq analysis was also conducted using the same materials to evaluate the impact of 3D genome structure variation.
