Mesothelioma is a rare malignant tumor that primarily targets the serosal membranes of the body, most notably the pleura and peritoneum. Mesothelioma is strongly associated with prolonged asbestos exposure. This dataset offers dedicated analytical pipelines for DNA, RNA, and single-cell omics data. For DNA analysis, the pipeline encompasses single nucleotide variant (SNV) calling, structural variant (SV) detection, fusion gene analysis, and copy number variation (CNV) profiling. For RNA-seq analysis, beyond differential gene expression analysis, it includes novel transcript discovery, allele-specific expression analysis, and interactions between transcripts and non-coding RNAs. The single-cell analysis pipeline covers cell type identification, intercellular communication analysis, single-cell trajectory inference, and transcription factor activity analysis.
