Mesothelioma is strongly associated with prolonged asbestos exposure. This dataset offers dedicated analytical pipelines for DNA, RNA, and single-cell omics data. For DNA analysis, the pipeline encompasses single nucleotide variant (SNV) calling, structural variant (SV) detection, fusion gene analysis, and copy number variation (CNV) profiling. For RNA-seq analysis, beyond differential gene expression analysis, it includes novel transcript discovery, allele-specific expression analysis, and interactions between transcripts and non-coding RNAs. The single-cell analysis pipeline covers cell type identification, intercellular communication analysis, single-cell trajectory inference, and transcription factor activity analysis.
