These volumes records the sale of Crown Land by public auction. The description of lots offered at each sale is prefaced by a list of conditions pertaining to that sale. For each lot offered, the following details are given: parish and county (if named) or locality, area of land offered, detailed description of boundaries, reserve price per acre, whether or not the lot was sold, and if sold, to whom and for what price.
