The NIR-IIb nanoprobe can efficiently accumulate in the brain parenchyma, clearly outline and distinguish the oxidative stress regions in AD brains with adjacent age. Furthermore, the efficacy of early interventional treatment for AD was able to be fed back in real time with this nanoprobe.
