THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL APPROACHES TO ASSESSING AND MONITORING 4C COMPETENCIES (CRITICAL THINKING, CREATIVITY, COMMUNICATION, AND COLLABORATION) IN PRIMARY EDUCATION THROUGH INNOVATIVE DIGITAL PEDAGOGICAL MECHANISMS

This article examines theoretical and practical approaches to assessing and monitoring 4C competencies—critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration—in the primary education process through innovative digital pedagogical mechanisms. The study analyzes the pedagogical potential of modern digital learning platforms, electronic assessment tools, digital portfolios, online assessments, interactive tasks, and analytical monitoring systems. Particular attention is paid to competency-based assessment criteria, the integration of formative and summative assessment in digital environments, and mechanisms for tracking students’ individual learning trajectories. The findings provide practical recommendations for primary school teachers on the effective use of innovative digital approaches in assessing and monitoring 4C competencies.
