Identification of <i>Pv</i>Hsp70-1 and <i>Pv</i>Hsp70-2 by LC-MS/MS.

Mass spectra were analyzed to identify proteins of interest using Mascot sequence matching software with the Ludwig NR database. Peptides were assessed individually with a score greater than 44 considered significant.
