Long read iso-seq of mRNA from a range of tissues from the spider Parasteatoda tepidariorum. Parasteatoda tepidariorumn iso-seq

Total RNA was extracted from embryos, juveniles, and adult male and female spiders of Parasteatoda tepidariorum. These extractions were pooled so that each tissue sample contributed equal amounts of RNA. The pooled sample was prepared and sequenced with PacBio Iso-seq to attain long reads of mRNA, with the aim to use the data to help with genome annotation and AS isoforms.
