BioNano Optical Map raw data of Dalotia coriaria from "The genomic and cellular basis of biosynthetic innovation in rove beetles"

This dataset contains the raw optical map data generated on the BioNano Saphyr by HistoGenetics (New York). The raw data was used to generate de novo consensus maps using Bionano Solve that were then used to identify mis-assemblies and re-scaffold the Dalotia genome assembly using Bionano HybridScaffold.
