This dataset contains the processed gene expression data (Transcripts Per Million, TPM) from an RNA-seq analysis of a murine prurigo nodularis (PN)-like model and its controls. The study aimed to establish a PN-like model through persistent scratching under type 2 inflammatory conditions.
