Genetic mapping of C. maxima x C. reticulata F1 hybrid

Genotyping by sequencing using ApekI enzyme was performed on a progeny between Citrus maxima cv Chandler and an F1 hybrid between C. maxima cv Pink and C. reticulata cv Tardia to establish high density genetic maps and recombination landscape of a C. maxima x C. reticulata F1 interspecific hybrid. It is part of a wider project of comparative genetic mapping in the Citrus genus.
