Whole genome of Cryptosporidium single cell (PRJCA016227)

The main research of this project is the analysis of cryptosporidium genetic evolution and the comparative analysis of genome between different species. Cryptosporidium isolates were collected from faecal samples of dairy cattle in different geographical regions.
