青藏科考心血管系统生物标志物合集（2021）

数据集包含西藏自治区拉萨市和林芝市常驻人群四次随访期间采集的心血管系统相关指标。本项目于2021年5-6月及9-10月在拉萨和林芝两地开展了四次人群随访调查，共招募了212名受试者。每次访视期间，专业护士从受试者处采集18~20ml血液样本，部分样品经分装后运回北京实验室进行分析。
数据集中，HIF（缺氧诱导因子）、eNOS（一氧化氮合酶）、et1（内皮素1）、epo（促红细胞生成素）等指标使用Elisa方法测定；而GMCSF（粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子）、IL1beta、IL2、IL4、IL5、IL6、IL8、IL10、TNFALPHA、VEGF等多种炎症因子则通过Luminex平台检测。上述生物标志物能够较为全面地反映受试者的心血管系统健康水平。

This dataset contains cardiovascular-related indicators collected from permanent residents of Lhasa and Nyingchi in the Tibet Autonomous Region during four follow-up visits.
This project conducted four follow-up surveys in Lhasa and Nyingchi from May to June and September to October 2021, recruiting a total of 212 participants. During each visit, professional nurses collected 18–20 mL of blood samples from participants, and some aliquots were shipped to a laboratory in Beijing for analysis.
In this dataset, indicators including HIF (hypoxia-inducible factor), eNOS (endothelial nitric oxide synthase), ET1 (endothelin-1), EPO (erythropoietin) were measured using ELISA; while multiple inflammatory factors such as GMCSF (granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor), IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, TNF-α, VEGF were detected via the Luminex platform. The above-mentioned biomarkers can comprehensively reflect the cardiovascular health status of the participants.
