GPS Dataset for dryad and BEI Final

This is the analyzable dataset for our BMJ paper evaluating data sharing and clinical trial transparency practices of large pharma companies with drugs approved by the FDA in 2015. Data sources include Drugs@FDA, Clinicaltrials.gov (and other trial registries), the medical literature and others (see methods section of published paper for data sources). Variables include the name of the drug, active ingredient, NDA sponsor, FDA approval date, Trial phase, Condition studied, NCT number, etc (see paper methods section for longer variable list).
