On-station participatory varietal selection data for finger millet in Hoima Uganda

A total of 15 varieties of beans were evaluated by 15 farmers at National Agricultural Research Centre in Hoima. A Likert scale of 1 to 5 was used by farmers to rank the performance of each variety based on a number of agreed variables. 1=Very poor, 2=Poor, 3=Fair, 4=Good and 5=Very Good in terms of performance.
