This dataset contains: Accession numbers of BioSamples and SRA for 58 16S metabarcoding sequences extracted from the microbiome of Branchinecta gaini associated with the BioProject PRJNA1090016. Acession number of 28 cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COX1) OFBranchinecta gaini Scientific names, localities, and the latitude/longitude of the hosts are also included for the Bioproject table, and specimen voucher for COX1 table.
