Full raw sequencing dataset for "Quantifying replication fidelity of unnatural base pairs using nanopore sequencing"

This file contains the full raw (.pod5) nanopore sequencing data for the manuscript "Quantifying replication fidelity of unnatural base pairs using nanopore sequencing". The dataset is divided into two categories: PCR data and model training/testing data. A key is included with this submission (UBP_Sequencing_Zenodo_Key.xlsx), containing a sheet for each data category. Raw pod5 sequencing files are included for each sequencing run, along with reference FASTA files, barcode information for demultiplexing, and other relevant metadata for each experiment. All sequencing runs were generated using ONT Flongle flow cells (R10.4.1 chemistry).
