A man on the left manipulates one of three devices which stand along the wooden planks which top the pipe. Another man stands at the center of the aqueduct with his hands resting on his lower back while several others can be seen working at the far end. A barren field with several small structures lies on the far bank with jagged, snow-capped mountains in the background.
