Forensic Evidence Archive — Positron · ISKORKA (Aug–Sep 2025) Abstract : This deposit contains a curated forensic evidence package documenting targeted incidents affecting the Positron · ISKORKA project between August and September 2025. The package provides a verifiable public record (redacted where necessary) for independent review, audit, and legal proceedings. Sensitive defensive implementations and private keys have been intentionally excluded from the public deposit and are retained in a secure archive for transfer to law enforcement and legal counsel upon request. Background & Purpose: Between Aug–Sep 2025 the project observed repeated, coordinated operations impacting research integrity, session continuity, file exports and package supply chains. This deposit aims to: (1) preserve evidentiary artifacts in a verifiable form; (2) provide transparency for independent verification; (3) support legal and administrative actions. The public package intentionally omits operational countermeasures and other sensitive material to avoid leaking defensive capabilities. Contents of this public deposit: evidence_report.docx — Full Forensic Evidence Report (narrative, timeline, and analysis). archive_index.csv — Chronology index of public artifacts (timestamp, filename, SHA-256). raw_logs/ — Redacted logs (PII and internal defensive details removed). screenshots/ — UI evidence and export error captures. mitigations_summary.pdf — High-level mitigation summary (no implementation details). legal_notice.txt — Copy of formal legal notice submitted to the service provider. integrity_manifest.sha256 — SHA-256 digests for all public files to enable verification. How to verify integrity: All public files include SHA-256 digests listed in integrity_manifest.sha256. To verify locally, run: sha256sum -c integrity_manifest.sha256 Successful verification ensures the public deposit has not been altered since publication. Redaction & privacy note: Sensitive artifacts (private keys, voiceprints, full defensive code, unredacted PII) were removed prior to publication. The full raw archive is retained in encrypted form and will be transmitted only to authorized law enforcement or legal counsel under secure channels. Legal & reporting context: This deposit accompanies formal legal notices and preservation requests submitted to relevant authorities (consumer protection, law enforcement).
