Set of files containing data used for microbiota analysis by 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing. The study cohort included patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis from four centres in Switzerland, treated with azithromycin or placebo, sampled sequentially by oropharyngeal swab.
