Phragmites australis Genome sequencing and T2T assembly. Phragmites australis

This project obtained the first high-quality Phragmites australis genome at the chromosome level from telomere to telomere by PacBio HiFi sequencing and HiC data-assisted assembly, and included the first reed B chromosome. Subsequently, more accurate genome annotation information was obtained in combination with full-length transcriptome data.
