新型溶液顺磁探针的检测
非编码RNA是蛋白质机器的重要组成部分,研究非编码RNA的结构和动态变化对于研究蛋白质机器的动态结构具有重要意义。设计和检测新型溶液顺磁探针主要面向非编码RNA的结构和动态变化研究,我们发展了一种能够应用于非编码RNA结构的研究的新型溶液顺磁探针。我们在不同非编码RNA体系上开展顺磁核磁共振实验,检验了新型溶液顺磁探针对RNA结构和动态变化的表征。相关数据均在中国科学院精密测量科学与技术创新研究院
