There are gaps between the years where no minutes were extant.The Conference met quarterly and consisted of Victorian Railway Stores Branch representatives, namely:- storekeepers- book-keepers- clerks and- the Comptroller of Stores (Chairman).Issues discussed by the delegates included:- supply service- distribution- systems and methods- staff management and- branch policy.
