RNA Sequencing Analysis of bone marrow derived macrophages from Wild Type and TIGAR-/- mice

We identified that global TIGAR deficiency reduced the AS plaque formation and the systemic inflammatory response. The purpose of this experiment was to identify how TIGAR induces macrophage inflammation.We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of bone marrow derived macrophages from WT and TIGAR KO mice stimulated with LPS. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for bone marrow derived macrophages from WT and TIGAR KO mice stimulated with LPS.
