VPRS 15958 Deeds and Securities Register

This register records details of land acquired by the Shire, insurance policies, and agreements entered into. In relation to Land Titles, information recorded includes land title details, how the land was acquired and the location of the land. Information is recorded according to the Parish where the land was situated and then chronologically by date of acquisition.In relation to Insurance Policies, information recorded includes the names of the parties, a description of the policy, policy numbers and the amount for which the asset was insured.In relation to Miscellaneous Agreements, information recorded includes the names of the parties to the agreement and a description of the agreement entered into.
