Two species, Meconopsis pinnatifolia and Meconopsis paniculate, were newly collected from Qinghai-Tibet plateau (QTP), China at altitudes of 3,944m and 3,632m respectively in 2022. After a set of process, the data was sequenced on Illumina Novaseq 6000 platform.
