IMPROVING THE METHODOLOGY OF TRAINING SOCIAL EDUCATORS BASED ON FOREIGN EXPERIENCE

This article analyzes the issues of improving the methodology for training social pedagogues based on the experience of foreign countries. Innovative approaches, integration of theory and practice, competency-based and practically-oriented educational models used in the training of social pedagogues in the education system of Europe and developed countries are highlighted. Also, scientific and practical recommendations are developed for adapting foreign experiences to the national education system.
