Tgondii murine IgA-seq and IgG-seq

Title: Systemic IgG repertoire as a biomarker for translocating gut microbiota members. Mice were infected with Toxoplasma gondii and compared to control uninfected mice. Stool was obtained 4 weeks after infection and processed for IgG-seq wherein fecal bacteria were incubated with autologous sera, and mucosal IgA-seq wherein native IgA (without incubation of sera) binding to gut bacteria was profiled.
