资源简介:
Thermal therapy is a standard modality in the treatment of airway inflammatory diseases, including allergic asthma. We recently reported temperature-dependent regulation of circulating IgE in experimental allergic asthma, but the mechanism remains unexplored. This study aimed to investigate whether temperature directly affects mast cell (MC)-derived exosomes in mediating the high-affinity receptor for IgE (FcepsilonRI)-dependent MC activation and ovalbumin-induced experimental asthma. The RBL-2H3 cell line were cultured under one of three culture temperatures: 29, 37, or 41 Degree Celsius. The key genes affecting temperature-dependent effect were screened using RNA-seq.
