Physical and nutrients data were collected from CTD and bottle casts from the ARCTOWSKI and other platforms in the Baltic Sea from 18 April 1986 to 27 November 1993. Physical parameters include profiles of temperature and salinity. Nutrient parameters include concentrations of oxygen, nitrate, nitrite, silicate, phosphate, and total phosphorus. Data are in the International Council for Exploration of the Sea (ICES) format.
