电力看经济高频监测分析数据

归集全社会电量、分区县电量、分行业电量、企业电量等数据，结合日、周、月、季、年等多个时间维度开展杭州市经济运行监测分析，助力政府科学决策。1、数据清洗：对数据集进行清洗，包括去除异常数据、处理缺失值。
2、数据转换：同一企业多个用电户号需要合并计算，数据统计频度为每天，数据指标计算频率每周一次。
3、数据加工：全社会用电量方面，统计全社会用电量随时间变化情况，计算全社会用电量同比、环比等，并加入气温因素综合考虑全社会用电量变化。分行业用电量方面，统计133个行业用电量随时间变化情况，针对十一大行业、制造业增加值前十大行业开展专项监测分析，计算各行业用电量同比、环比情况。分区县用电量方面，分别统计区县直供用电量和区县大用户用电量，加和得到区县电量随时间变化情况，计算区县电量同比、环比情况。分企业用电量方面，主要统计全市产值10亿元以上企业用电量随时间变化情况，并针对企业样本数据开展分行业分析，计算企业用电量同比、环比情况。
公式如下：
同比：（企业当期电量-去年同期电量）/去年同期电量；
环比：（企业当期电量-环比电量）/环比电量。

This dataset aggregates power consumption data across the entire society, broken down by district/county, industry, and individual enterprises, among other categories. Multiple time dimensions including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual are utilized to carry out monitoring and analysis of Hangzhou's economic operation, so as to facilitate scientific decision-making by the government.

1. Data Cleaning: Clean the dataset by removing abnormal data and handling missing values.

2. Data Transformation: Multiple electricity account numbers under the same enterprise shall be combined for calculation. The data statistics frequency is set to daily, and the data indicator calculation frequency is once per week.

3. Data Processing:
- For total social power consumption: Track the temporal changes of total social power consumption, calculate its year-on-year and month-on-month growth rates, and incorporate temperature factors to comprehensively analyze the changes in total social power consumption.
- For industry-specific power consumption: Count the temporal changes of power consumption for 133 industries, conduct special monitoring and analysis for the 11 major industries and the top 10 industries ranked by manufacturing added value, and calculate the year-on-year and month-on-month growth rates of power consumption for each industry.
- For district/county-level power consumption: Respectively count the direct supply power consumption and large user power consumption of each district and county, sum the two to obtain the temporal changes of district/county-level power consumption, and calculate the year-on-year and month-on-month growth rates of district/county-level power consumption.
- For enterprise-level power consumption: Mainly track the temporal changes of power consumption for enterprises with an annual output value of over 1 billion yuan in Hangzhou, conduct industry-specific analysis on the enterprise sample data, and calculate the year-on-year and month-on-month growth rates of their power consumption.

The formulas are as follows:
Year-on-year growth rate: (Current period power consumption of the enterprise - Power consumption in the same period of the previous year) / Power consumption in the same period of the previous year;
Month-on-month growth rate: (Current period power consumption of the enterprise - Power consumption in the previous statistical period) / Power consumption in the previous statistical period.
