RNA sequencing of ventral skin from undernourished and normal mice

To investigate the underlying mechanism by which commensal bacteria increase on the skin of undernourished hosts, we performed whole-transcriptome RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) to compare transcript abundances in the skin of undernourished and normal mice.
