Gene expression data of organoids derived from neuroendocrine carcinomas

Gastroentero-pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasm(GEP-NEN) is consisted of neuroendocrine tumor and neuroendocrine carcinoma, which is a lethal, but under-investigated disease owing to its rarity. We established an organoid library of GEP-NEN and added their comprehensive molecular characterization. We analyzed gene expression of 7 organoids derived from neuroendocrine carcinoma patients. Total RNA were extracted from organoids and hybridized to GeneChip PrimeView Human Gene Expression Array, and scanned with GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G.
