QTL mapping of graft-(in)compatibility trait in Prunus armeniaca. Prunus armeniaca breed:F1 cross

F1 progeny segregation for graft-compatibility with universal Prunus rootstock Marianna 2664 was genotyped by sequencing. Two parental linkage maps were constructed and used for QTL analysis. Two genomic regions associated with graft-compatibility were detected using map of the graft-compatible male parent.
