资源简介:
This study aims to investigate the regulatory effects of Compound Anti-Anxiety Capsules on the gut microbiota structure and metabolites in PTSD model mice using 16S rRNA sequencing, with a focus on analyzing their impact on the Bacteroidetes/Firmicutes ratio and short-chain fatty acid levels, thereby providing experimental evidence for gut-brain axis intervention in PTSD.Additionally, the study employs fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) to explore the regulatory effects of Compound Anti-Anxiety Capsules on the gut microbiota in PTSD model mice, emphasizing changes in microbial structure and metabolites. The experimental design includes a blank control group, a model group, a medication group, and an FMT combined intervention group. 16S rRNA sequencing is used to assess alpha diversity and key bacterial genus variations.
