Cellular context generalization datasets

For the cellular context generalization scenario, we curated 12 datasets categorized based on the cellular context. These datasets include eight focused on cross-cell line predictions (predicting perturbation effects in a new cell type), three focused on cross-patient predictions (predicting perturbation effects in a new patient), and one dataset focused on cross-species predictions (predicting perturbation effects in a new species).
