Single-cell RNA sequencing in formative deprivation myopia guinea pigs

This is a single-cell RNA sequencing data on the primary visual cortex of formative-deprived myopic guinea pigs. Overall design: The experiment was designed to include a normal control group and a formative deprivation myopia group, with six guinea pigs in each group. The guinea pigs were two weeks old at the commencement of the experiment and were then sequenced after four weeks of normal feeding and formative deprivation.
