Bacterial endosymbionts of the genera Wolbachia, Rickettsia, and Cardinium are well-known for their diverse effects on their arthropod hosts, ranging from mutualistic relationships to reproductive phenotypes. Here, we analyzed a unique system in which the dwarf spider Oedothorax gibbosus is co-infected with up to five different endosymbionts including Wolbachia, Rickettsia, Cardinium, and Rhabdochlamydia species. We reconstructed the complete genomes of the Wolbachia, Rickettsia and Cardinium endosymbionts using PacBio and Illumina sequencing libraries from Hendrickx et al., 2021. Illumina reads were mapped using bbmap (v37.61) and PacBio reads were mapped using minimap2 (v2.17). The genomes were assembled using unicycler (v0.4.6).
