资源简介:
Retinal neovascularization is a severe complication of proliferative diabetic retinopathy. We have previously identified that miRNAs is directly involved in the development of retinal neovascularization. Here, we explored the role of miRNAs and its underlying mechanism in modulating angiogenesis. Overall design: Human dermal microvascular endothelial cells (HMEC-1) were transfected with synthetic human miRNA mimics (miR126, -143, and -150) and non-targeting scrambled RNAs.
