资源简介:
Allergic rhinitis is a difficult-to-cure allergic disease that occurs in the nasal cavity, and its pathogenesis remains unclear. In recent years, there has been growing interest in the role of non-coding RNAs. The use of transcriptome analysis techniques to study gene expression at the RNA level is important for in-depth study of disease pathogenesis. Therefore, we conducted whole-transcriptome sequencing on 5 healthy individuals and 5 Dust Mite-Sensitized of allergic rhinitis (22-88 years old). Analyzing mRNA and nonconding RNA expression, we constructed a ceRNA network and selecting 16 differentially expressed noncoding RNA validated by qRT-PCR. Its clinical significance was further investigated.
