A collection of OCT datasets paired with fundus images, intended for experiments involving various analytical and post-processing steps. This dataset was obtained from Noor Eye Hospital in Tehran, and consists of 50 normal OCT scans, 48 dry AMD OCT scans, and 50 DME OCT scans. For this dataset, the axial resolution is 3.5 μm, and the scan dimensions are 8.9 × 7.4 mm². However, the lateral and azimuthal resolutions are not available for all patients. Consequently, the number of A-scans varies between 512 and 768, with 19, 25, 31, and 61 B-scans per volume acquired from different patients.
