Leica BLK360 G1 Terrestrial LiDAR Scans from the 2025 Department of Defense Wildland Fire Science Initiative Fort Stewart-Hunter Army Airfield Campaign

To characterize fine-scale variations in vegetation structure, quantify heterogeneity, and capture fuel estimation and consumption, Leica BLK360 G1 terrestrial LiDAR scans were conducted across the F3.3, F6.6, and F8.1/8.2 units. This dataset provides the scans collected before and after the April 2025 prescribed burns.This dataset is part of the Wildland Fire Science Initiative (WFSI) research burn campaign held at Fort Stewart from April 14, 2025 to April 18, 2025. In addition, pre- and post-fire data collection occurred before and after these dates.
