II.6 - Agrogenom refinement of reconciliations based on regional agreement of scenarios

Refinement of the reconciliations by picking the optimal events amongst the set of mutually exclusive events (retained as possible for a gene tree node at previous step #II.4) based on the agreement between events found in blocks at step #II.5.<br>Output of the script refine_transfer_annotation.py, which contains 10,709 reconciled trees in phyloXML format or as serialized Python objects (pickles), as well as relational database table dumps:- event_dump.tab: the updated list of all possible DT events;- event_possible_species_node_dump.tab: the set of possible species tree nodes where the events could have occurred;represented_event_dump.tab: the list of DT events retained in the reconciliation scenarios
