To determine the mechanism underlying hepatocyte Tet1 regulated fibrogenesis in MASH liver, we performed RNA sequencing of liver samples from hepatocyte-specific Tet1-overexpression MASH mice. Differentially expressed genes were analyzed and potential targets were validated. Overall design: 6 weeks old C57BL/6J wild-type (WT) mice were hydrodynamically injected with plive-Con or plive-Tet1 plasmid and fed with HFD-CDAA for 4 weeks. Mice were sacrificed after short fast.
