The included files provide MATLAB code and instructions for its implementation to either recreate or implement use of the Codon Health Index (CHI) described in the publication \"Specific Codons Control Cellular Resources and Fitness\". There is a ReadMe that explains how to use the included functions, as well as working examples that implement the code in useful contexts, such as re-coding sequences towards high CHI values.
