Pre-trained model checkpoint (best_model_fold_5.pt, Fold 5 Epoch 174) and isotonic regression calibrator (calibrator.pkl) for the HPHP-Cardio hierarchical Port-Hamiltonian Pairformer for drug-induced cardiotoxicity prediction. Calibrated performance on the CiPA 28-compound panel: MAE 4.58 ms, AUROC 0.831, Spearman ρ 0.686, Wilcoxon p = 0.000586 vs DeepHERG. Requires the code at HPHP-Cardio Repository to use.
