Whole-slide Xenium spatial transcriptomics (ST) data from a human gastric tumor sample generated by 10x Genomics which was used for benchmarking. Additionally, 5 pseudo-Visium daughter captures, derived from the whole-slide sample, were generated to simulate low-resolution and limited capture-size scenarios. The daughter regions were computationally generated from the whole-slide Data usage was conducted under IRB approval (IRB No. 30-2023-1).
